By accessing and using MediaForge, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
MediaForge processes your media files locally in your web browser. Your media content does not leave your machine or get sent to our servers for processing unless explicitly configured for cloud workflows. You retain all ownership rights to your files.
If you request API access, you are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API keys and for all activities that occur under your keys. You must not attempt to abuse, disrupt, or bypass API rate limits.
You may not use the MediaForge API or CDN to upload, process, or distribute content that is illegal, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or strictly prohibited by international law (including CSAM). MediaForge reserves the right to terminate accounts and purge files from our CDN without notice if this policy is violated.
MediaForge respects the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied and is accessible on our CDN in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please submit a formal DMCA takedown notice to our designated Copyright Agent.
Takedown requests should be sent to [email protected] and must include the specific URLs of the infringing files, proof of copyright ownership, and a statement under penalty of perjury.
MediaForge offers paid subscription plans (Forge and Forge+) for additional features like CDN storage, increased upload limits, and priority processing. All subscription fees, billing cycles, renewals, and payments are managed securely by Dodo Payments as our Merchant of Record.
Automatic Renewal: Paid plans auto-renew at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or yearly) unless cancelled before the renewal date. Payments are billed to the payment method provided at the time of purchase.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Self-serve cancellation is available directly through the Billing section of your dashboard. Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active, and you will retain access to your plan features, until the end of your current billing period.
Refund Policy: Except as required by law, all subscription fees and charges are non-refundable. If you cancel your subscription, the cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle, and you will continue to have access to your paid features until that date. No partial refunds or credits will be issued for unused time or features.
MediaForge is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
In no event shall MediaForge or its creators be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service.

The MediaForge name, logo, favicon, user interface design, and visual brand identity are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, reproduce, or imitate the MediaForge brand, UI design, or SaaS concept in a competing product or service without explicit written permission.
